Tolerances

Our plugs are handmade to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. While we endeavour to ensure an even colour match across batches; wood is a natural product and so this cannot always be guaranteed. Woods like Tulip for example have a broad range of colours, from pale yellow/white through green and even purple.

If the wood you are using is subject to such variances, please contact us before making your purchase to discuss your needs and we will check the availability of the colour you require.

Stock

Please be aware that select products, such as the 3.8-litre and 8-litre bottles of Titebond glue, are purchased to order. To avoid delays, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability with our supplier.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by Evri. Shipping prices are based on the total weight of your order, and will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries will be sent ‘signed for’ and will require someone present when they are delivered.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please make contact prior to returning the item. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any refunds issued will be up to 100% of the original price paid for the item, postage and packaging costs will not be able to be

refunded. Items must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. The cost of any damage to returned items will be deducted from any refund offered. Items that are returned without prior communication and confirmation of acceptance will be held for 14 days and then disposed of.

While every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive in good condition, accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged and are unusable please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a suitable remedy. Please supply photos of both the products and packaging when making contact.

All our plugs are made by hand in small batches, as such there may be times when certain items are out of stock. If you require an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will endeavour to restock as soon as we can.
